Who we are
Ummi & Me (“Ummi”, “we”) is a cycle, pregnancy and motherhood app for women in Kuwait. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- If you create an account: your email address and name from Sign in with Apple, Google or email sign-up. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your real email. You can use Ummi without an account; your data then stays only on this phone.
- Your life stage and the dates you give us (period start, due date, baby's birth date).
- What you log: period days, symptoms, moods, ovulation tests, notes, feeds, diapers and pumping sessions.
- Your settings (language, reminders, interests).
- Posts, replies and hearts you share in Circles, and reports you file.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: predictions and reminders, backing up and restoring your data when you sign in on a new phone, and showing Circles for your stage. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for tracking or targeted ads.
Who can see it
Your health logs are private to you. Our database only lets your own account read them. Posts are shown to members of the same circle; anonymous posts never reveal who wrote them, and your email is never shown to anyone.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store your account and backups (servers in Frankfurt, Germany, encrypted at rest). Apple and Google handle sign-in if you choose them and share only your name and email with us. Our providers process data only on our instructions.
On your phone
Your data is saved on your phone with iOS data protection, so it is encrypted while your phone is locked. You can add a Face ID or passcode lock in Me.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while you have an account. Me → Delete all my data permanently deletes your account, logs, posts and replies from our servers and this phone straight away. Signing out clears this phone but keeps your backup.
Age
Ummi is for women aged 18 and over.
Not medical advice
Ummi is not a medical device. Predictions are estimates and must not be used as contraception. Always talk to your doctor about your health.

من نحن
أمي وأنا («أمي»، «نحن») تطبيق للدورة والحمل والأمومة للنساء في الكويت. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا، والخيارات المتاحة لكِ.
ما الذي نجمعه
- إذا أنشأتِ حسابًا: بريدكِ الإلكتروني واسمكِ من تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google أو البريد الإلكتروني. مع تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple يمكنكِ إخفاء بريدكِ الحقيقي. يمكنكِ استخدام أمي دون حساب، وتبقى بياناتكِ عندها على هذا الجوال فقط.
- مرحلتكِ والتواريخ التي تشاركينها (بداية الدورة، موعد الولادة، تاريخ ميلاد طفلكِ).
- ما تسجّلينه: أيام الدورة والأعراض والمزاج واختبارات الإباضة والملاحظات والرضعات والحفاضات وجلسات الشفط.
- إعداداتكِ (اللغة والتذكيرات والاهتمامات).
- المنشورات والردود والإعجابات التي تشاركينها في الدوائر، والبلاغات التي ترسلينها.
لا نجمع موقعكِ أو جهات اتصالكِ أو صوركِ أو معرّفات الإعلانات.
كيف نستخدمها
فقط لتشغيل التطبيق لكِ: التوقعات والتذكيرات، ونسخ بياناتكِ احتياطيًا واستعادتها عند تسجيل الدخول من جوال جديد، وعرض الدوائر المناسبة لمرحلتكِ. لا نبيع بياناتكِ أبدًا، ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين، ولا نستخدمها للتتبع أو الإعلانات الموجهة.
من يمكنه رؤيتها
سجلاتكِ الصحية خاصة بكِ. قاعدة بياناتنا لا تسمح بقراءتها إلا لحسابكِ. تظهر المنشورات لعضوات الدائرة نفسها؛ والمنشورات دون اسم لا تكشف كاتبتها أبدًا، وبريدكِ الإلكتروني لا يظهر لأي أحد.
مزوّدو الخدمة
نستخدم Supabase لحفظ حسابكِ ونسخكِ الاحتياطية (خوادم في فرانكفورت بألمانيا، مشفّرة أثناء التخزين). وتتولى Apple وGoogle تسجيل الدخول إذا اخترتِهما، ولا تشاركان معنا سوى اسمكِ وبريدكِ. يعالج مزوّدونا البيانات بناءً على تعليماتنا فقط.
على جوالكِ
تُحفظ بياناتكِ على جوالكِ بحماية بيانات iOS، فتبقى مشفّرة عندما يكون جوالكِ مقفلًا. يمكنكِ إضافة قفل بصمة الوجه أو رمز المرور من صفحة حسابي.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتكِ ما دام لديكِ حساب. من حسابي ← احذفي جميع بياناتي تُحذف بياناتكِ وحسابكِ وسجلاتكِ ومنشوراتكِ وردودكِ نهائيًا من خوادمنا ومن هذا الجوال فورًا. تسجيل الخروج يمسح هذا الجوال ويُبقي نسختكِ الاحتياطية.
العمر
تطبيق أمي مخصص للنساء من عمر 18 عامًا فأكثر.
ليس نصيحة طبية
أمي ليس جهازًا طبيًا. التوقعات تقديرية ولا يجوز استخدامها كوسيلة لمنع الحمل. استشيري طبيبتكِ دائمًا بشأن صحتكِ.
